Haggler
Director of Photography.
Haggler is a 20-minute short film I shot as Director of Photography. I worked closely with the gaffer and key grip to design lighting that carried the story’s tension and emotional weight, aiming to near character psyche through shifts in color, lighting, and focal length (as well as concentration on the iris). Across production, I focused on grounding each scene in realism while giving it a distinct visual edge that mirrored the characters’ shifting power and psychological shift. The result was a film that felt raw, alive, and precise in its rhythm.
